Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Registration

.All registration fees are non-refundable.

Once registered, participants are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances, including non-attendance.



2. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to the next edition of the Conference.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to at least 15 days before the event.



3. Option to Attend Online

If you cannot attend in person, you may opt to attend the event online instead.

You must inform the Conference team in advance to receive virtual access.



4. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Conference is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new dates.

If the Conference is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will be given the option to attend the next edition.



5. Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, registration will be carried forward to the next edition.
